Project Three :) - Logo and slogan investigation


My chosen Logo and slogen are; "Honda "the power of dreams"

i feel this partnership of solgen and logo has not created the desirered effect, as the advertising has come across as light and not catchy. Thus making it not stand out, as the point does not come across right away. This solgan and logo protrays a easy feeling, a day dreamer effect. With a fantasy feel it does make the cars seem unrealistic and untanable, however the way in which this was protrayed with :the light pharse of "the power of dreams" takes away from all this, with its non aggresive connoation of this pharse. - as dreams can be taken as limitness, however they have no power in the real word. Tho  i feel they are trying to express this as the "dreams" (inperation and goals) of their imployes is what powers this campany.
I think Hondas chosen idea that they are attempting to convay is good, however the needed to choose another way to expess the solgan, so the dream facotr of it can only be taken in one way.
